We are currently looking to bring on a full-time Dental Assistants with a dentistry school and practice in Chapel Hill. In this role, you will have the opportunity to pick from several different exciting specialties where you can expand your clinical skills and knowledge!
The Dental Assistant will be performing clinical duties such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Document patient dental history and overall health/medication history
- Prepare tables and trays using sterile techniques for dentist with necessary instruments and supplies
- Obtaining pre and post op-vitals
- Assisting dentist with a variety of dental procedures
- Assist clinical faculty with training dental students
- Restocking inventory in rooms as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate from accredited Dental Assistant program OR 3000 training hours with proofs of experience/certs in nitrous, xray, coronal polishing
