1st and 2nd shifts Available Full time and Part time

4-hour and 8-hour positions available for C.N.A. at base wage of 15.00/hour plus shift differential of 1.00/hr for 2nd shift.

12 - hour shift packages available for C.N.A. with 20% attendance incentive/bonus.

All positions include every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report to nurses on their condition
• Document provided services on electronic health record
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

Skills

• Caring and compassionate personality
• High school graduate or equivlent
• Valid Iowa CNA license

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
COVID testing is done based on symptoms and if in outbreak status. Testing is offered twice weekly when in outbreak and as needed if symptomatic. COVID vaccines offered on site. Ample PPE is provided for staff and resident safety.
