Full-Stack Developer (Remote, Pennsylvania)
We are currently recruiting a Java Full-Stack Developer for our client, a Commonwealth of PA entity. This will focus on the development of an enterprise IT solution to cater to the user authorization management needs of various business applications.
This contract position is long-term with funding approved until 6/30/2023 (extensions likely and approved every 12 months) 40 hours per week role.
This is a remote role supporting our client's office in Harrisburg, PA, later possibility of being onsite in Harrisburg, PA. The candidate must be located in Central Pennsylvania. The interview process will include a Video and an onsite interview.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Support the entire Mobile application development teams Azure cloud environment and related Azure cloud environment services, including assistance in developer IDE integrations, automations and pipeline development, binary repository management, and reporting and dashboard health monitoring of apps such as Splunk and AppInsights to ensure optimum service delivery and environment uptime.
Demonstrate expertise in wide range of backend systems and protocols.
Participate in project planning, including development of timelines, proposed composition, and capacity of technical teams, and leveling of resources.

Perform server-side code reviews of team submitted deliverables to ensure alignment with best practices and coding standards.
Develop code deliverables utilizing Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML, JDBC, SQL, and web services to be deployed via standard server instances, such as JBoss, and microservices architecture.

REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years of experience with Object-Oriented Development, enterprise development teams, J2EE applications development, and relational database development.
5+ years of experience working with web service design & development (SOAP/XML and REST/JSON) for enterprise.
5+ years of experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, React.
5+ years of experience with Cloud, specifically development, deployment, and management of Docker containers, DevOps products, specifically Azure DevOps.
5+ years of experience developing web services, especially secured web services and web services with attachments.
3+ years of experience with various authentication protocols.
5+ years of experience working with web service design & development (SOAP/XML and REST/JSON) for enterprise.
5+ years of experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, React.
5+ years of experience with Cloud, specifically development, deployment, and management of Docker containers, DevOps products, specifically Azure DevOps.
