A snapshot of responsibilities and duties:
- Oversee the daily operation of the front desk systems
- Taking care of patients and team members needs
- Full understanding of dental insurance - PPO and out of network insurances
- Computer efficiency - Dentrix, dental insurance websites and multi third party applications
- Have a full understanding of the practices values
- Maintain professional presence
The hours of the position are 4 weekdays 7:15 - 5:30 and rotational Saturday’s 7:30 - 1:00.

Blue Back Dental is a privately owned Multispecialty Dental Practice with 2 locations in West Hartford and Avon. We have an amazing environment with seasoned caring team members, highest technology applications- we even have heated massage chairs! Both locations are in great areas, West Hartford in Blue Back Square - many shops, restaurants and events in the square. Avon, a brand new office just off of Rt 44 with tons of shopping and restaurants.
