Job description

The Call Center Ambassador is the first point of contact for calls into the service center. This position serves as a “switchboard operator” that is responsible for discovering the client’s need for the purpose of directing the call to the right department or colleague for assistance.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Transferring calls, taking messages, sending voicemails and scheduling appointments.
• Properly documenting all interactions in the phone management system.
• Complete client change templates for processing.
• Initiating and/or processing cancellation requests.
• Updating mailing addresses.

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

• 4-40 Customer Service Representative License required, or a willingness to obtain such license within 90 days of employment.
• Prior experience with multi-line phones and basic computer knowledge is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
