Front Desk

The Burn Ambassador is the first person our members see when they walk in the door and provides our clients with their first impression. They are responsible for working with the team to maximize the client experience, help the growth of sales by fostering potential new members and keeping up with the organization and cleanliness of the facility. There is a strong focus on running the “front of house” operations and fostering the growth of community within the gym.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide the full welcome experience with each member and potential trial.

• Facilitate day-to –day process related to trial clients including customer service, sales, cleanliness and organization.

• Have weekly touchpoints with the studio manager to align on current focuses, provide any feedback from clients.
• Work as a team to maximize results

• Post and engage on social media accounts during the workout.

• Responsible for overseeing Mindbody memberships, answering location phone texts/calls, responding to location emails (when applicable), client trial follow-up, and membership sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be warm, outgoing and inviting to manage and engage in relationships with our members.
• Work opening OR closing shifts and weekends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Be a team player and take initiative.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.

• Able to easily learn and navigate systems and spreadsheets.

• Have an understanding and presence in social media.

• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

• High level of attention to detail and follow through.
• Interest in health and wellness and be part of the community through working out.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
