The Concierge plays a very important role in the organization by providing excellent resident services.

This position requires excellent customer service skills, someone who goes above and beyond to get what a resident needs on a daily basis.

This position requires minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment, executing and developing solutions to problems, and diplomatically implementing decisions made by management. Day-to-day responsibilities of the Concierge will vary depending on the needs of the residents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Effectively provide excellent resident services through day-to-day interaction and correspondence with residents.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • log in resident to parking and mail systems
  • Serve as first point of contact for residents and potential residents, while effectively directing individuals to the appropriate resources.
  • Handle telephone calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle and resolve resident complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Route and convey important information to other staff members accurately, both orally and in writing.
  • Assist residents with the completion of work orders.
  • Establishes personal work priorities and action steps to complete duties and responsibilities, projects, etc.
  • Represent Pinnacle International and the community in a professional manner. Maintain a positive businesslike attitude in person and on the telephone. Dress in a neat, clean, professional manner and adhere to appropriate grooming.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing Policies.

Weekends required

2 Shifts vary 7am - 4pm and 3pm - 12am

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
