Front Desk/Night Auditor
Job description
We are hiring for a front desk associate. Full-time and part-time. Open availability is a must. Weekends and holidays included.
We are looking to strengthen our team with people who are enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to work flexible schedules. Ideal candidate should be a responsible, reliable, friendly and professional with the ability to multitask and work as a team player. Must have one year of customer service experience and preferred hotel experience.
Guest Service Representative duties include but not limited to:
Immediately greets and registers guests with a smile
Handles confidential information, including guest records
Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints
Answers and routes calls as appropriate on a multi-line phone console
Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift
Assists with sales and marketing efforts
Ensures common area/lobby is clean
Concierge services
Other duties as assigned
Assist team members and guests proactively
Ensure overall guest satisfaction
This role requires compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Requires to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move lift, carry, push and/or pull objects weighing no more than 10 pounds without assistance.
A flexible schedule is necessary for this position, including ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays. The hotel is open 24/7 - 365 days.
