We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Orthodontic Front Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, hardworking, excellent with patients, and brings a positive and fun attitude to the workplace.

Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of billing and insurance, as well as the ability to handle all aspects of patient check in/check out processes, while managing busy phones and collecting payments with a genuine smile. This position requires a highly organized, super friendly and flexible team player with the ability to multi-task in a busy office setting! The right individual will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Patient Relations Specialist duties include scheduling appointments, directing and informing patients, collecting and processing payments, making telephone calls, answering phones, sending texts and emails, and ensuring that protocols are properly carried out while actively problem solving to support all aspects of the practice. This role's primary goal is to effectively and efficiently collaborate in managing the front desk area of the practice while maintaining professional standards, and helping our patients of all ages feel at ease!

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
