Camp Bow Wow is a premier dog daycare and boarding facility that provides a fun, safe, upscale environment for dogs to play, romp and receive lots of love and attention!

WE ARE LOCATED NEAR LAKEWAY, BETWEEN BEE CAVE AND SPICEWOOD TEXAS OFF OF HWY 71

Camp Bow Wow Austin SW is seeking motivated Front Desk Guest Service Representatives who enjoy working with dogs and their pet parents in a fast pace environment. This position requires constant interaction with customers involving administrative procedures such as enrollment, evaluation interpretation, scheduling, reservations and up-selling of services.

Key Attributes of the Ideal Candidate:

• Customer service skills - face-to-face, telephone and email
• Must demonstrate a sincere concern for the care of animals and their relationships with their owners
• Must be able to multi-task during high volume times and must be able to prioritize
• Must be personable, patient, ambitious and adaptable
• Comfortable around dogs of all size and temperament
• Work schedule includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Professional appearance: clean attire, friendly, mature and professional demeanor
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Above average PC and telephone skills

Education/Experience:

• Prefer 2 years of experience in Customer Service
• Must LOVE dogs!

Must be able to pass a background/criminal check

Must be at least eighteen years of age to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
