• Manage special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
• Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
• Incoming phone call management skills desired
• Answering Multi-Line Phone System experience preferred
• Administrative Assistance experience
• Receptionist Duties experience desired
• Multi Task experience
• Command of Part-Time Receptionist
• Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well
