Front Desk / Innkeeper Position:

The Hotel Leavenworth is the newest boutique hotel in Leavenworth. We have a new opening and are looking for friendly and dynamic people to add to our team!

The Front Desk / Innkeeper position is all about customer service, and is a great role for an organized people-person.

You would get plenty of training and would be responsible for preparing guest registrations, taking reservations, answering guests’ questions, checking-in & checking-out guests, and some cleaning. In addition, you will help out with various other duties as may be required to ensure that the hotel runs smoothly. The hourly wage starts at $20/hour (DOE).

Qualifications:

• Excellent people skills and desire to deliver outstanding customer service
• Super flexible and adaptable, and willing to step in to help on a variety of different tasks Attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently, and to act as the “Manager on Duty”
• Genuinely enjoy working with our valued guests and other staff
• Able to maintain composure in difficult situations
• Basic computer knowledge is required, but we will train on the specific systems.
• Dependable with a good attendance record
