Journey Within Wellness Center is a busy location in Columbia, Maryland and we offer services including, Massage Therapy, Float Therapy, Cryotherapy, IV Therapy, Stretch Therapy, Sauna, Acupuncture and CBD Retail.

Front Desk Associate shall greet and check out customers while making them aware of the packages and deals we having at the Wellness Center. In addition to sales responsibilities Front Desk Associate shall also learn our POS and Scheduling system - through Square Appointments and therefore will handle answering phone calls, answering questions related to our services and schedule appointments for our guests. Training will be provided.

Customer services, front desk and or/sales experience is a plus. Having worked perhaps at a Spa, Wellness Center, Yoga Studio, Gym or Fitness Center, Medical office or Doctor's office is a plus. Applicant should also be bright and welcoming and may be asked to be involved in our Social Media campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
