The Candlewood Suites Idaho Falls is looking for that personable and highly energetic person to welcome our guests to Idaho Falls and our newly renovated extended stay Hotel. This professional and dependable person must be able to multi- task, be a team player, and enjoy having great conversations. We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions. There is potential for growth in our company which currently manages 18 hotels.

Front Desk Agents Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Check-in guests, check-out guests, cashier and give directions.
• Accommodate guests’ before/during/after stay.
• Proactively offer friendly advice and useful information to guests by utilizing local knowledge and always maintain a professional demeanor and presence.
• Take Guest complaints and either help them or pass it on to the appropriate person.
• Answer telephones.
• Be familiar with the hotel, Idaho Falls, and other InnTrusted, LLC. sister properties.
• Ensure accuracy of all reservations including direct, travel agent, and online.
• Keep the front desk and breakroom areas clean and tidy.
• The front desk is open 24 hours a day and requires that employees keep a flexible schedule with availability to work any day of the week including holidays.
• Prepare guest keys and folios
• Work well with the Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments.
• Be responsible for washing, drying, folding, and putting away hotel linens.
• Capable of managing financial transactions by handling several payment methods and making appropriate change.
• Replenish inventory and checking for expiration dates.
• Other tasks to be assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
