Job description

Perform professional accounting work requiring knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and practices.

The position is responsible for the generalization of routine financial reports and statements, maintenance, analysis, reconciliation, and resolution of outstanding items related to assigned accounts; performs analysis and reconciliation of general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts; prepares monthly and year-end journal entries; researches and resolves discrepancies in account and fund balances

Identifies actual or potential problems with financial transactions and recommends corrective action ; and assists reporting schedules.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Whole sale order creation, changes, reviews and release
• Month end close process assistance, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare the supporting documents for the monthly consolidated balance sheet and income statement
• Analyze financial statements and prepare variance reports
• Assist with external audits by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
