The Freight Auditor and Payables will be responsible for supporting the domestic, global transportation, and finance leadership teams with decision support and insight through the collection and analysis of data gathered from carriers, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The Freight Auditor and Payables will be a key contributor in freight savings initiatives through data analytics, logical thinking and optimizing processes.
Responsibilities Include:

Accurately audit freight invoices per contracted terms.

Collect, validate, and analyze data from all available sources and present in a clear, concise format to a diverse audience.

Monthly billing dispute resolution and aging report reconciliation.

General ledger coding and alphanumeric data entry.

All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications include:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in logistics and accounts payable is preferred but not necessary.

Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One and Oracle Transportation Management Preferred but not necessary.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).

Able to collaborate and present ideas clearly.

Attention to detail.

Problem solving skills, ability to multitask, and work independently to make high stakes decisions.
