Gramercy Consultants, LLC (“Gramercy Tech”) is an award-winning digital agency that was born out of the need to bring digital experiences to live events. We specialize in everything from concept creation, design, and software development to event management, credentialing and access control. Our main product, Eventfinity, powers hybrid virtual events (e.g. agendas, video content, attendee directories, networking, chat rooms), as well as badge printing and mobile apps for in-person events.
Freelance Role:
The freelance technical and logistics support will assist in managing production (badge printing), shipping, equipment testing (ipads, computers, printers), trouble shooting and general organization for an event technology based company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test equipment prior to being deployed to onsite events
- Provide logistical & technical support for onsite event(s) from the office location
- Troubleshoot equipment including printers, devices and software
- Write and compile equipment maintenance documentation
- Print credentials, check quality control
- Coordinate shipping, receiving and inventory of equipment going to and returning from events
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Basic networking capabilities

- Strong communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Organized and detailed-oriented
- HTML and css knowledge a plus
