THE ROLE
Resource Management sits at the heart of the agency and is where several key functions intersect. As true business partners, we provide a unique perspective on talent as it relates to skill sets, business needs, operational, and financial demands. We work across all disciplines to understand the specific talent needs of the departments and help facilitate and anticipate the right resources based on availability and skillset. We inform decisions regarding casting, mobility, and hiring. The Associate is tasked with supporting the RM department in various aspects of projects, small program initiatives and data compliance.

ABOUT THE TALENT TEAM
Whether it is recruiting new talent, helping our current employees find their right fit internally, or making sure our teams are set up for success, we are the go-to people professionals. We help keep our agency running by making sure the right people are at the right places at the right times. We find the resources to help ASAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business & Resource Management Operations
- Provide data management support and ensure compliance across a variety of established systems and processes.
- Review data trends in partnership with leads to assess continued success of dept staffing matrix
- Act as Business Partner for assigned capabilities to help manage talent capacity, needs, and overall staffing strategy with support from lead.
- Manage tracking of agency invoices in relation to monthly freelance accrual and support the management of freelance budget.
- Liaise with Payroll Department, Publicis People Data, and IT as needed.
Talent Management
- Manage the booking of freelance talent, inclusive of sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating rate.
- Act as point of contact for freelancers during their assignments, driving orientation and triaging questions/concerns as appropriate.
- Leverage surveys & check-ins to gather insights to help ensure a positive experience for freelance talent and managers alike.
Network Support
- Act as network partner to sister agency RM stakeholders, utilizing the network to both augment capacity and fill resourcing needs
- Join weekly Publicis Health round tables, providing the group an update on current needs and gaps.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience, preferably with HR, RM, Talent Acquisition or Project Management related experience/exposure.
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to react to and resolve shifts in resourcing.
- Highly organized, with a keen sense of detail.
- Blend of interest and experience in data management, talent management, and agency operations.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to understand Agency work & core capabilities, learning what nuanced skillsets are needed to deliver the highest quality of work to our clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable in the gray.
- Prioritization, organization, and responsiveness is key
