Job description
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for sales objectives in targeted markets and implementing plans for attracting qualified franchisees to those markets
- Manage the entire franchise sales process from lead conversion all the way to a successful signing while maintaining brand and company standards
- Thoroughly qualify leads and cultivate prospects into motivated and successful franchisees
- Maintain sale processes in compliance with franchise regulations
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for LINE-X
- Speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and business
- Represent the LINE-X brand at trade shows, conventions, and meetings
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills – Ability to plan on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, monitor and adjust to meet goals
- Strong, professional sales experience and/or aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with and understanding of franchise or other business models and business opportunities is a plus
Self-motivated with a high energy level and positive attitude.
Must have excellent computer skills and be Internet savvy
- High level of integrity and demonstrate sound judgment
- Strong ability to build relationships and work within the franchise team
