Position Overview:

As the Franchise Business Coach, you will be in charge of maintaining professional, strategic and successful relationships with Franchise Owners and operators to ensure brand standards and growth goals are being met across the country. The Franchise Business Coach provides necessary counsel and assistance to our franchise owners to include the development of business plans, specific goals, objectives and strategies for sales building, cost controls, profit management, human resource plans, development, marketing, etc.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality results by enforcing CRISP & GREEN standards in all franchise restaurants
  • Assist new restaurants owners and operators as they enter into the system
  • Provide training and support to franchisees and staff when needed
  • Contribute to strategic planning, business advice, and marketing expertise to markets to maintain or increase sales standards
  • Provide recommendations to improve on overall business operations
  • Analyze store performance to react and adjust store needs accordingly
  • Contribute to franchise results by exploring new opportunities to add value
  • Motivate, inspire and challenge franchisees and internal teammates to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
  • Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
  • Provide necessary counsel and assistance to ensure the plans include specific objectives and strategies progress and goal achievement status
  • Provide impactful advice and counsel to position franchisees for optimal financial health
  • Provide leadership in assisting with successful new restaurant / store openings
  • Implement strategies to assist franchisee in executing human resource, training and professional development plans and programs, where appropriate
  • Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out
  • Other duties as assigned

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years multi-unit management experience required
  • 3+ years franchise experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a purpose
  • Strong background in restaurant operations, training and development
  • The ability to work shoulder to shoulder with the restaurant teams
  • Excellent speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including nights and weekends for new store openings
