* Solid construction or carpentry experience desired, willing to train the right people, OR if you are ready to take your framing to the next level or considering a career in professional, high end residential framing, then this may be a good position for you.
* Positive attitude is a must!
* Leader qualities that generate high moral in order to be productive and motivated.
This is not tract home framing. These are high price-point homes and my number one priority is to build extremely accurate frames in an productive and sequential manner while maintaining an organized, calm and productive work environment.
Frame challenging homes in awesome locations all around Bozeman area! We keep our work central to Bozeman to keep our work life balance.
