We are excited to open three new openings in Carol Stream, IL for full-time Forklift Drivers to join our Warehouse colleagues to join us at our Carol Stream Warehouse Facility.
Our current facility is 150,000 Square feet with 14 docks and 2 drive-in doors, so there's always plenty to do. Our shift pattern is 08:30-17:00 and we have plenty of parking on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handles incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish tasks including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack, etc.
- Sorts and places materials or items in designated warehouse locations such as bulk areas and racks.
- Use materials handling equipment to stock, retrieve, lift, carry, move, and position merchandise or materials stored on various levels throughout the warehouse/cross-dock
- Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock as needed.
- Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
- Participates in quality improvement efforts and routine equipment servicing
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements:
- One to two years related experience or equivalent.
- Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
- Forklift certified
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to follow instructions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Proficient using a computer.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
