Doncasters Storms Forge in Springfield, MA is has an exciting opportunity for a Forger Trainee to join our team!

As a Forger Trainee, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Loading the furnace and lubricate dies during forging operation
• Move raw material and forgings to and from their appropriate locations
• Help senior forgers with die and trim tool set ups
• Achieve daily output targets
• Meet minimum levels of quality expectations
• Support company initiatives to meet business needs and continually improve processes
• Other duties within the organization as assigned
