Job Description

• This resource will lead the cleaning and disinfection process according to the plan developed by the project manager or the project coordinator. This resource will work standing on foot most of the time and may need to walk to move between the working areas assigned. Interfaces with the project manager and/or project coordinator and oversee the tasks assigned to the electrician, senior pipefitter, and the pipefitters. Plan the work of her/his team to maintain the resources busy, sign the safe work permit by evaluating the condition in the field. Assure the tasks are completed according to the project schedule. Administer the attendance to work and request formal approval of overtime. Many tasks to be executed by this resource will be in areas without air conditioning or in the exterior of buildings. The group leader/foreman will attend to meetings and is responsible to communicate the progress of the activities assigned to her/his team.

Position Qualifications

• The employee should have at least three years of supervision or foreman experience in the pharmaceutical, commercial or construction field. The candidate should have basic knowledge of safety such as 10 or 30 hours osha training for construction or general industry. A technical degree in industrial mechanic or electrical field is highly recommended. The candidates shall be able to use a laptop and Microsoft office tools, including Word and excel.
