• Produce high quality and delicious cuisine for West Glacier food truck
• Communicate food truck needs to food truck chef or general manager
• Operate food truck POS and register, collecting a variety of payments
• Follow recipes set by food truck chef and executive sous chef
• Clean and maintain all food truck equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in keeping with federal and state standards
• Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
• Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

• Culinary degree, professional culinary training, or equivalency in work experience required
• Serv-Safe or equivalent food handler’s certification required
• Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
• Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
• Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
