Our Food Service department has both COOK and DIETARY AIDE positions available.

As a COOK with Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital you prepare standardized recipes and production needs for service to patients, staff, visitors, and outreach customers.

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of food preparation standards and practices.
• Graduation from a cooking school beneficial.
• Hospital cooking experience with knowledge of modified diets beneficial.
• Possesses working knowledge of kitchen equipment.

As a DIETARY AIDE with Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital you are responsible for washing and sanitizing kitchenware for patients, catering, and retail customers. Maintains work area in a clean and sanitary manner.

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe food handling and preparation practices normally acquired through a demonstrated ability to read, write and follow verbal and written directions.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent beneficial.
• Previous experience in food service beneficial.
