RESPONSIBILITIES
The Food Expeditors facilitates collaboration between our kitchen and wait staff. Food Expeditors' responsibilities can include setting tables, serving food orders and removing used dishes and utensils. The ideal Tommy's Tavern + Tap Food Expeditor will recognize the importance of ensuring our Guests have an excellent dining experience by serving their food in a timely, accurate and courteous manner. YOU are the liaison between the kitchen, staff + guests. You are to ensure all orders are coming out correctly and on-time and as stated on each ticket. You are to ensure no food goes out incorrectly. Your roll is to act as a leader between each section of the restaurant involving orders. YOU are the last person to see the food before it gets to the guest. Always make sure that the Tommy's standard is followed!
