Job description

General Duties:

  • Supports and manages the outlet operations and staff, while working closely with the Resort Director of Food & Beverage, Asst. Director of Food & Beverage, and other resort departments.
  • Responsible for short- and long-term planning.
  • Ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion, and continuous reinforcement.
  • Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment.
  • Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives. Manage within those approved plans.
  • Proactively plan, coordinate, and manage special events and holiday functions.
  • Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free-standing entity.
  • Communicates the importance of safety procedures and processes, ensuring associates' understanding and consistency of working safely.
  • Seek out guest comments and feedback and offer meaningful solutions to customer complaints.
