Food and Beverage Manager
Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager. This role is a key member of Interlachen's management team and assists with the operations of a la carte dining at the Club. They work closely with the Assistant General Manager, Director of Member Dining and Culinary Team. They supervise the restaurant (a la carte) dining experience across multi-outlets and oversee the service team.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
Leadership and Teamwork

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure that members and their guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences.
- Formulate daily line-ups for each service with fellow food and beverage managers.
- Complete regular opening and closing shifts; ensure the overall safety and
- Plan, implement, and maintain processes to enhance the member and team
- Support the service team with set up, execution, and breakdown of daily member
- Act as a "situational leader," monitoring the quality and pace of service on the floor and

- Conduct maintenance and upkeep of JONAS, our point of sale system.

- Prior serving experience in an upscale dining environment, with a strong track record of progression and growth
