Join Our Team! COURTYARD COLUMBUS DUBLIN

6:00am-1:00pm Tuesday and Thursday Breakfast Shift - Afternoon and evenings free!

5:00pm - 11:00pm on Friday and Saturdays - Evening Dinner/Bar shift.

Currently we are looking for a top performing Breakfast Food and Beverage Bistro Server. Service of food and/or beverage to include the order taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage items. Setting up and taking down of the morning breakfast buffet, ensuring buffet items remain well stocked. Maintain the safety and appearance of the buffet area and cleaning the area in preparation for the next day. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely and professional manner.

Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests and give a clear and correct description of food and beverage options
• Deliver hot to order items from kitchen to tables
• Input orders into computer and secure accurate payment
• Prepare coffee as well as other specialized drinks
• Clear, clean, and reset tables for dining as needed
• Observe diners and respond to requests
• Complete daily inventory prep sheet
• Knowledge and familiarity of current food and beverage offerings
• Escort guests to tables as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures, i.e., product rotation, dating, labeling, and cleaning
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
• Demonstrate knowledge of hours and available amenities of the hotel

Requirements: Previous serving experience a plus, but will train the right fit High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent

• Exceptional customer service skills
• A can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
• A flexible schedule that allows availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on the demands of the hotel
