Future Media Conferences is looking for stellar on-site hosts to assist with our upcoming event, the Final Cut Pro (FCP) Global Summit in New York on November 3rd. This is a temporary 1-day role to take place on Thursday, November 3rd, 2022.

Future Media Conferences (FMC) is a leading producer of education-rich conferences such as Post|Production World at NAB Show, Adobe Video World, FCP Global Summit, Visual Storytelling Conference, Editors Retreat, the NAB New York Post|Production Conference, and more!

The FCP Summit is an in-person training event produced in partnership with Apple. Designed with the goal of connecting the Final Cut Pro community, local editors will be able to learn new skills using Final Cut and expand their network.

Programming at the FCP Summit will focus on content creation using the Apple ecosystem:

• Editing, color correcting, and audio mixing with Final Cut Pro
• iPhone workflows
• Animations/motion graphics with Motion

This event is suited for beginners and intermediate creators looking to advance their knowledge of the Apple Pro Creative apps such as Final Cut Pro, Motion, and more!

We are looking for (1) on-site event hosts!

On-site Host Responsibilities Include:

• Must be located in New York and available for the entire event on November 3rd from 7:30 am – 8:00 pm. All onsite hosts will be compensated for their time on November 3 and provided complimentary lunch.
• Providing customer service to attendees when needed (i.e. Answering event questions and directing attendees to various rooms.)
• Assist with attendee check-in.
• Monitor conference rooms; ensure that sessions start and end on time.
• Report any tech issues to your onsite supervisor.
• Provide customer service to attendees when needed (ex: Answering event questions and directing attendees to various rooms, etc).
