General Manager
VICTORY RESTAURANT & LOUNGE IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED GENERAL MANAGER

Miami to New York - be part of our story, be part of the Victory New York Team. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Fine Dining General Manager with superior service standards, strong leadership skills and excellent financial acumen.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Fine Dining environment.
• Excellent knowledge of customer service and Second Mile Service.

• Excellent communications and organization skills. Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with a variety of business partners, guests, colleagues, direct reports.
• Computer literacy.
• Positive and motivational attitude to establish a team oriented working environment.
• Experienced with POS systems, payroll systems, and other accounting softwares.
• Ability to be professional and respectful in a fast paced working environment.

General Expectations:

• Promote the company culture, values, and mission of Victory Restaurant & Lounge.
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service at all time.
• Emphasis teamwork among all other colleagues and offer positive solutions to problems or issues and be a voice that is a part of the decision-making team.
• Represents the restaurant professionally through effective communication, cooperation, and relationships with all business partners.
