Riesbeck’s Food Markets, Inc. is seeking a full-time Floor Maintenance Clerk for our Elm Grove, WV location. Riesbeck’s serves customers in seven counties in Ohio and West Virginia and employs over 1,200 employees.

REPORTS TO: Floor Maintenance Supervisor
JOB FUNCTION: Perform maintenance and janitorial duties throughout the store as prescribed by store management to ensure that the store premises and fixtures are kept clean and sanitary; present a clean, attractive environment to the store's customers and its employees.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Able to travel to several store locations as needed.
2. Able to work evenings and midnight shifts.
3. Possess valid driver’s license.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Observe all store rules and company policies.
2. Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times and observe company dress regulations.
3. Greet all customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service.
4. Observe shift-operating hours at all times as scheduled by management.
5. Clean, sweep, scrub, strip, wax, and buff floors in sales areas in accordance with established store procedures.
6. Clean employee break and lunch areas and all restrooms.
7. Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards in compliance with store policy and state and local health regulations.
8. Operate equipment with all safeguards in place and in good operating condition; observe the safe method of performing all duties.
9. Responsible for the security of auxiliary doors and entrances when using them to take out trash containers or when using exterior sites to prepare or clean equipment.
10. Able to analyze supplies needed and order as needed.
11. Able to hear, speak, read, and write.
12. Possess dexterity in hands, arms, and legs in order to perform all of the cleaning duties.
13. Able to lift or exert up to 50 pounds.
14. Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
