Partners Personnel Johns Creek is seeking experienced 2nd and 3rd shift CLS and Flexo Press Machine Operators. Be the first to apply!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be primarily responsible for efficiently operating narrow web Flexo converting equipment up to 6 colors; this includes cleaning and maintaining the equipment.
• Set up and make the press ready to include loading of paper, installation of dies, inking, mounting plates and any other adjustments necessary for complete change over.
• Check jobs prior to putting on press as to position of printing, ink color, copy stock, plates, dies, print cylinders, etc.
• Inspect furnished raw materials for quality and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret instructions and specifications for each job.
• Inspect finished stocks for quality and accuracy.
• Package products in a professional manor.
• Empty waste cans and trim removal bin when necessary.
• Reports to work prepared and on time.
• Unload trucks and receive goods coming in from suppliers using forklift or pallet jack.
• Use forklift to move materials as needed.
• Other duties as appropriated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one year press operator experience
• Ability to learn new equipment and procedures as required
• Commitment to excellence and high standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
