Securitas is seeking several professionals to work as flex security officers. We are offering $21.00 per hour, plus travel reimbursement.

Flex Officer Summary:

• The role of the Flex Officer is to assist in filling a variety of shifts and posts based on business demands. They will fill in for different shifts due to call outs, vacations and work any temporary security details that occur. Applicants must have a flexible schedule and be able to work in a number of different client sites throughout the Central Mass. area.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES

• Provide professional customer service
• Control access (entrance and exit) to client site or facility through the admittance process
• Patrols, on foot or in company provided vehicle, to inspect building and grounds
• Monitor security activities through Closed Circuit Camera systems
• Observe, report and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity
• Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.)

• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable means of transportation-valid DL and own transportation
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Willingness to participate in the company’s stringent pre-employment screening process

Please come in with two froms of valid ID and high school diploma/GED.
