URB-E is the compact container delivery network, replacing trucks with small electric vehicles designed for every neighborhood.

Here at URB-E, we want to improve people’s lives. We started by developing a new electric vehicle to save people time and money and connect them to their cities in ways never before possible. Now we do the same for businesses, with connected, space-saving vehicles (solutions) for last-mile delivery and logistics.

What will you do?

• Inspire and motivate the mechanic team to perform at their best through positive reinforcement and Incentive initiatives.
• Have an expert level skill set in technical and mechanical operations.
• Has a successful track record in growing teams, coaching and hitting set goals for teams under management.
• Incredible attention to detail and the proven skill set to run an efficient service and repair department.
• Has the drive to build a scalable mechanics program that can support new sales and new regional hubs.
• Identify potential solutions and points of friction and work to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency.
• Work with the head of urb-e care to develop Long-term planning to create initiatives that further Urb-e’s overall goals.
• Ensuring compliance with the mechanic team for all procedures, work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Provide support to the team being available to dive into operations and get your hands dirty as needed.
• Set up new hubs for the mechanic team to operate out of.
• Develop ways to retain all employees through motivation and encouragement.
• Manage employee pool by hiring, retaining, or terminating; evaluate performance, and counsel employees to improve performance.

• Salary: $65,000-$90,000 depending on experience
