Job description
The Fitness Instructor role is primarily responsible for leading and executing high-intensity, effective, safe, and fun group exercise classes based on boxing, kickboxing, and functional strength training.
The Fitness Instructor must be able to present great experience to our RockBoxers and takes their fitness to a higher level. The featured Instructor commands the room with poise and confidence, uses members’ names frequently, and corrects form as needed. Members are looking for positive reinforcement, and we would want to build our team with instructors who can make our members feel appreciated during and after each class.
We are looking for friendly, outgoing, positive, confident, and enthusiastic instructors. We want someone who is well-presented, trustworthy, punctual, and willing to learn and improve. Taking our class is a must, and we want team players that can take constructive criticism and give proper feedback to other instructors to ensure that we are becoming better as the Rockbox family.
