We are currently seeking a Finished Goods Logistics Planner to join our North America Supply Chain team in Racine. In this role, you will manage Finished Goods logistical operations including order management, inventory management, planning and transportation to ensure achievement of shipping objectives and timely pickup and delivery at lowest cost with highest customer satisfaction.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work model and is located in Racine, Wisconsin.

Manages the outbound Finished Goods order cycle end to end, from factory to final delivery. Adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure timely pickup and delivery at lowest cost with highest customer satisfaction.
Plan shipments and handle contingencies in transportation.
Ensure accurate inventory reporting in relation to systematic status and locations.
Handle and organize paperwork such as dock receipts, bills of lading, and packing lists.
Develop and implement processes to ensure actual execution matches models.
Develop and implement corrective action when expected results fall short of the targets.
Drive improvements to increase truck utilization and implement processes to ensure product weight and dimensions are accurate and current.
Identify and implement process improvements to highlight our sustainability initiatives and its impact on the environment.
Ensure supplier and carrier Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are evaluated every week and corrective actions implemented.
Identify and implement continuous improvement projects (Kaizens) to drive cost savings, process and service level improvements.
Ability to multitask operational tasks and project management to meet both short term & long-term objectives
Lead Individual World Class Logistics activities with appropriate pace and rigor
Annual base salary range for this position is $62,000 - $90,000 USD ( Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Bachelors degree plus 2 years of Logistics and/or planning experience. In leiu of degree will consider Associates Degree with 4 years of Logistics experience or High School Diploma with 6 years of Logistics experience.
Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.
