Position Summary:

Ensures that members and prospective members are promptly and professionally served. Responsible for assisting members with loan and account needs via in person, phone, and email. Consumer Lending will include underwriting, and processing, and funding applications for all loan types and credit cards. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain additional loan information and documentation.

Member Services will include account opening and account maintenance as well as general questions on account services. This position will also assist members with all E-Services including Home Banking, Remote Deposit, Mobile Banking, and website information. Takes queue calls in both the Loan phone queue and Member Services phone queue daily. Provide consistent, excellent member service while servicing members’ loan and account requests quickly and accurately. Actively market and cross-sell current ancillary products such as GAP, MBP, and Credit Life and Disability Insurance.

Qualifications:

• Symitar experience preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of a personal computer, Outlook, Excel and Word

• Ability to communicate clearly while maintaining a friendly and courteous disposition towards members and co-workers

• Understand and adhere to the Credit Union Policies and Procedures

• Effectively suggest new products and services to members

• Interpersonal skills to effectively suggest new products and services to our members

• Ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment

• High School diploma or equivalent

• All qualified candidates will need to pass a credit and background check

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:15 am - 5:15 pm

Pay:

Starting pay at $21.00 per hour
