Job Description

SUMMARY:

  • Perform a variety of professional level accounting duties involve in maintaining, analyzing, verifying and reconciling business transactions, financial statements, records and reports;
  • Assist in the month-end /year-end close activities and prepare financial reports
  • Responsible for inventory costing and other inventory related functions.
  • Responsible for maintaining fixed assets and capital expenditures reports.
  • Prepare variance analysis and KPIs
  • Preparation of budget and forecasts
  • Financial reporting and data analysis


OTHER DUTIES:

  • Maintain audit trail relating to balance sheet accounts.
  • Maintain audit trail relating to financial statement transactions
  • Interact with external auditors in completing audits
  • Coordinate with other members of accounting to ensure that business transactions are properly charged and recorded.
  • Provide professional staff assistance to management staff and perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to sit for prolonged periods of time; to operate office equipment requiring repetitivehand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard and to see in the normal visual range.

TRAINING

1. Familiarization and general understanding of the Fourth Shift Software Program

2. Familiarization and basic understanding of the Manufacturing Process.

3. Basic orientation on company policies, rules and regulations.


DECISION MAKING

Manage work independently according to established policies and guidelines.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Primarily responsible for the accuracy of financial information as assigned.

COMMUNICATION

Good verbal communication skill which demonstrate the ability to communicate and/or share information and resources effectively with staff at various levels of the organization.

Skills Required

Demonstrated knowledge of PC computer application and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Word
