Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

• Monthly Close / P&L Review.
• Pre-close, review P&Ls in JDE/Workforce Management and investigate variances to budget and forecast.
• Review billings, payroll and accruals.
• Participate in calls with Accounting to review P&Ls pre-close.
• Assist GM’s in understanding P&Ls.
• Communicate with Accounting the need for accruals and other closing adjustments.
• Participate in monthly P&L review calls.
• Assist in explaining variances and support the GMs in analyzing the P&Ls.
• Identify and understand forecast drivers for incorporation intregion’s fiscal forecast.
• Assist in the creation of weekly call scorecards and participate in the weekly call.
• Budget & Forecast – develop the region’s budget and forecast in JDE/Workforce Management.
• Liaison with the field to identify and quantify forecast adjustments (e.g. flight schedule changes, personnel changes, etc)
• Liaison with Business Planning and Accounting to identify and quantify forecast adjustments (e.g. payroll tax increases, wage increases, etc.)
• Assist in development of action plans to correct variances and achieve financial goals.
• Maintain region’s forecast in Workforce Management Financial Systems.
• Expert in all financial systems and a thought leader for the organization – JDE/Workforce Management, Insight financial reporting tool, ePay payroll system.
• Eager to learn new systems and identify and implement improvements to existing financial systems, reports and processes Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Prepare materials (business plans, action plans, financial analysis) for quarterly ABM Aviation leadership business reviews.
  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• College degree with concentration preferably in Finance, Accounting or Related Discipline.
• 1-2 years in Finance role in a business environment.
• Strong quantitative and analytical mentality.
• Microsoft Excel expert as well as other Microsoft programs; quick learner of new systems.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• Drawn to fast-paced, dynamic working environments.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
