Financial Representative - Wellesley, Ma

Northwestern Mutual is seeking new Financial Representatives to join growing practice. Strong applicants will have exceptional interpersonal skills, have a history of personal success, and have a demonstrated interest in business, finance, or entrepreneurship.

Financial Representatives at Northwestern Mutual Wellesley help their clients build for the future through our holistic approach to financial planning. As a business owner each financial representative spend their days acquiring new clients while maintaining their book of clients. Northwestern Mutual's industry-leading training, mentors and products give financial representative everything needed to be successful.

Our award-winning training equips each financial representative with the necessary development, education and skill building in order to successfully launch your own business. With resources nationwide including mentors and leaders, you will be given every resource necessary in order to succeed in building your own business.

As a Northwestern Mutual Financial Representative:

  • Build—Work to build a client base by growing relationships with your network and develop knowledge of NM financial products and market trends.
  • Educate—Educate yourself beyond training through sponsored licensing and registration as well as ongoing development. Use assistive software, reporting tools, and illustrations to educate clients on potential plans.
  • Influence— Presenting clients with the opportunity to protect and prosper, you will drive clients to action through expert influence and recommendations.
  • Own—Take ownership of development and management of the business as you master your craft and build a team. Review and maintain client financial plans, continuing to provide optimum advice for your clients’ needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,000.00 - $122,055.75 per year
