Job Description
The mission of this position is to provide superior administrative support to a Financial Advisor. No Financial Services experience required! A successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain and update client forms and records, ensuring accuracy of data.
Complete client documents and applications. Generate client correspondence.
Assist in the development and implementation of client service processes.
Schedule client meetings, prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials.
Update the financial advisor of time-sensitive and priority issues.
Address envelopes and prepare envelope labels, using a postage meter or computer.
Work with other departments to ensure client and financial advisor's requests are met.
Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.

This position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Attention to detail in such things as composing, typing, and proofreading materials.
Proficient at establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Self-starter and motivated.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills. Works efficiently.
Strong understanding of discreteness dealing with sensitive client information.
Education, Training & Experience:
High School diploma
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration or similar role
Typing of at least 50 wpm
Computer Equipment and Software:
MS Office including Excel

Working Conditions:
Professional office environment.
Standard work week of 40 hours per week, M-F
Salary Range: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
