ReviewTrackers is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Financial Accountant to join our Finance team. We are looking for a Financial Accountant to help ReviewTrackers remain GAAP compliant and help us scale our operations. The role is ultimately responsible for assisting the finance team in effectively managing cash flow and analyzing financial data. You will act as a consultant for the Senior Financial Accountant and Leadership.. Join us as we continue to change the way businesses interact with their customers!

Within 3 months this person will….

• Be familiar with the softwares that we use on a daily basis, including - SalesForce, Quickbooks, Zuora, RTX, Airbase, Trello
• Will be able to code transactions, review our ledger of accounts, set up bills
• Learn the process of setting up new business accounts

Within 6 months this person will….

• Collaborate with customers and prepare billing documents
• Assist in our migration to our new ERP
• Cross collaborating with team members from Sales and CS handling billing requests

Within 12 months this person will….

• Owning projects and introducing new improvements to our current workflows
• Record financial transactions and classify accounts payable data
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in the month-close process

Who you will be working with:

• Will be reporting to Senior Financial Accountant
• Will be working with Finance Team

What we need from you:

• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is a plus
• Certification or progress towards CPA or CFA is a plus but not required.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, financial accounting concepts, and GAAP
• Proficiency in Excel, Google sheets, and other MS Office applications
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• A team player

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
