About the Position

We are a regional firm with New England roots and a global reach, and we are looking to add a temporary file room administrator to our tax team in our Portland office.

Competencies and Position Requirements

• Support the day-to-day operations of the file room
• Responsible for scanning tax department documents and uploading client tax return work papers to appropriate system(s)
• Dedicated to high-caliber client service
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
• Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
• Willingness to take initiative with the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Uncompromising judgment and discretion to protect the confidentiality/privacy of clients and company documents and records
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma with 1 to 2 years of administrative experience

Work Environment

• Hourly, temporary position from February through end of March
• Overtime eligible
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
