FILE CLERK
Our state of the art pediatric dental practice is looking for a detailed oriented PART-TIME File Clerk to enhance our system of organization and become a member of our team. Must be available to work minimum of 24 hours weekly. This position is available at our Olathe location.
We are looking for an organized File Clerk to do file management and maintenance. File clerks keep files and documents organized for the company.
Responsibilities
Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.
Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents
Manage requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed papers
Pull charts for patients with future appointments
File charts and store patient charts according to protocol
Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
Skills
Knowledge of filing systems
Very good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment
Good command of English both oral and written
Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies
Excellent organizational skills
Great attention to detail
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
