Summary
The Field Services Sales Associate provides oversight and expertise throughout the inside sales cycle for existing customers and potential new customers, including service/part quotations, order processing and fulfillment, and customer engagement/satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Functions as part of team providing service to four plants in the US and Mexico as well as their respective customers. Ensures professional, prompt, effective customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Receives inquires and generates leads for the purchase of services, upgrades, parts, and/or repairs.
- Ensures orders are entered accurately and efficiently into the system.
- Monitors orders from the time of entry/receipt to arrival at shipping; collaborates with scheduler and field services to ensure prompt completion of work on-site.
Requirements
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills; experience in a customer-centric environment.
- Ability to perform with a sense of urgency in a high-volume environment; time management and organizational skills; effective verbal and written communication; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Experience with inside sales; experience with coordinating sales-focused logistics.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
