Field Sales Representative opportunity

HouseMaster Home Inspections is a rapidly growing business, and we are now hiring PART TIME Field Sales Representative. You will leverage an established infrastructure and winning brand to enhance your professional image and growth as a professional. HouseMaster is a national franchise, a leader in its segment, and has been present here in Broward for 30 years. With a 95% satisfaction rate, our service offer is second to none.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the relationship with top real estate brokers in Broward
• Responsible for realtor relationships by frequently calling, emailing, texting
• Visiting physical real estate brokers in the entire Broward territory
• Asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections to close deals.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
• Become an expert in home inspections and provide service recommendations quickly to suit client needs.
• Run face-to-face educational presentations with brokers/realtors (training and guidance will be provided)

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive, Mobile Apps and Web Based Applications (CRM, SMS Management, Ordering, Reporting – on the job training will be provided). Microsoft Access knowledge is a plus. Needs to be technology savvy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Previous experience working with real estate agents or brokers is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver's license required.
