We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our fast casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong tenure in the restaurant industry, with experience in overseeing operations, financial management, and strategic planning. The CEO will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring profitability, and maintaining the high quality of our food and service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and initiatives in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization
• Lead and manage the restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and employees
• Build a strong and effective management team, providing guidance and leadership to support their growth and development
• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring the profitability of the restaurant
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including expansion into new markets or product lines
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Build a strong brand identity through marketing and advertising efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, adapting the company's strategies and operations as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of success in the restaurant industry, with at least 10 years of senior leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L statements
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing business needs and priorities
• Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to excellence
