Family Risk Advisor candidates must have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market, identify and prospect for new business and be able to build and grow relationships.

This individual must be comfortable with decision making, be open minded and hold themselves accountable for production goals within their role.

Position Requirements:

• Two years of experience in a sales environment, preferably marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, preparing quotes and delivering presentations
• Sales & insurance experience is a plus
• Existing Property, Casualty, Life & Health insurance licenses highly preferred.
• If currently not licensed, the candidate must obtain said licenses before the start date.

The sales representative is a staff member working for the agency owner and is not an employee of American Family Insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Madison, WI 53711: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
